so i had this dream two nights ago. but it's stuck in my head so i may as well post it, even if it is a bit late.
i was travelling. i was in paris actually - it was the end of the year. and mum was there, and we moved around the streets a bit and then later i was in a hotel, talking to two people. i'm not sure who they were. but then mum came in and told me i had to pack up my stuff, she had to take me to stay with her old exchange students that night, before she had to go back home to australia. and so i was trying to pack all my stuff up quickly, but it wouldn't fit in my bag properly. but while i wsa doing this i remember thinking "this isn't even real, it's not even december yet, i'm dreaming. i don't have to pack this stuff up, i can just leave it".
i don't know what happened directly after that, but later ... i was at the eiffel tower. there was some celebration taking place at the bottom, and there was a bon fire. there was this little kid, who fell in the fire. and i quickly grabbed her out and took her shirt off because it was on fire, just a little bit, and i soaked it in water. then her parents were there and i was holding the shirt up pointing out the burnt mark and saying "i think it's going to stain, i can't get it to wash out".
and then the kid, she just kept wanting to play in the fire. she wanted everyone to go into the fire. and we explained that it was dangerous. and then she developed this theory that if we all sat in this little sack thing (which was actually my blue pencil case from smiggle), and then put the sack in the fire, that we wouldn't get burnt but we'd still be able to feel the warmth. and so everyone piled into this small pencil case. but her dad was the last in and said he wasn't going to go in he was just going to watch. and so he zipped it up and he held the pencil case in his hand, and he just dangled it over the fire so that the people inside would feel the warmth. he didn't want to put it completely in the fire, because he knew it would actually burn them. so then after he unzipped it and they all got out, the girl was happy because she actually thought she had been in the fire.
